  • 1 lb beef
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • rosemary, thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 bay leaves
