Ingredients

2 chopped celery sticks
2 minced garlic cloves
1 diced carrot
1 tablespoon flour
1 diced potato
1.5 cups beef stock
2 tablespoon each of Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon of olive oil
