1/4 cup milk

2 large egg yolks

3/4 lb 85% lean ground beef

3/4 lb ground pork

3 1/2 Tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups low-sodium beef broth

1/3 cup heavy cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (optional)
