Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate large bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
4. Add the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
