Turn on the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). A 9×13-inch baking dish should be greased and put aside.
2nd Step
Unroll and divide the crescent roll dough into triangles. Each triangle should have a peach half on the broad end. As you roll up each triangle, make sure the peach is entirely encased in dough. Put the peaches in the baking dish that has been prepared, seam-side down.

Combine the granulated sugar and powdered cinnamon in a basin. Mix thoroughly after adding vanilla essence to the melted butter. Each dumpling should be thoroughly brushed with the melted butter mixture before being rolled into the cinnamon sugar coating.
4th Step
Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the peaches are soft and the dumplings are golden brown.

Prepare the sauce while the dumplings are baking. Water, brown sugar, vanilla essence, butter, nutmeg (if used), and ground cinnamon are all combined in a pot.
