When the steak is done cooking, add the onions and peppers back to the pan. Toss everything together and set aside for an extra minute to let the flavors mingle.

8th Step

To reheat tortillas, you may either place them in a dry pan or the microwave for a few seconds. Toss the shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges together in a bowl and set aside. Fill each tortilla with the Spicy Steak Fajita mixture.
