Start by marinating the steak in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight. Coat the steak thoroughly with the teriyaki sauce by pouring it over the sirloin in a shallow dish. Refrigerate and cover while marinating. And prepare the udon noodles according to the instructions on the container. Drain and reserve.
