- 2 lbs tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic parsley salt
- 1 tbsp oil spray oil

Place tilapia in a baking dish, leaving space between each fillet.
