1 28 oz Can whole peeled tomatoes or crushed
2 14.5 oz Cans fire roasted tomatoes
Reserved juice from meatball pan
1/2 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped
1/2 – 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
