°1 1/2 cups + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, divided

°2 teaspoons of yeast

°1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

°1 cup full fat yogurt

°1 cup of sugar

°3 large eggs

° 2 tsp of grated orange peel

°1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

°1/2 cup vegetable oil

°1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed and drained

+To prepare the orange juice:

°1/3 cup fresh orange juice

°1/3 cup of sugar

+To prepare the orange frosting:

°1 cup sifted powdered sugar

°2-3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
