For the Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
Add eggs, half and half, oil, and vanilla extract. Slowly stir in coffee until all ingredients are well combined.
Pour batter evenly into two greased 9-inch baking pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.
For the Frosting
In a stand mixer, combine cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add vanilla extract and milk. Slowly add confectioners sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
