3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
Garnish
1 cup shredded coconut toasted
¼ cup pecans toasted whole pieces
½ cup pecans toasted and finely chopped
1 cup white chocolate
1 tbsp shortening
