Cheesy Corn Fritters
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 large egg
1/4 cup milk

grated cheddar cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and green onions.
Stir in the corn kernels, egg, and milk until well combined.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
